At Meebz Coffee Roasters, we are dedicated to ensuring that every cup of coffee you brew with our beans is nothing short of delicious. We stand by the quality and taste of our coffee, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Promise

We guarantee that you will enjoy our coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the taste, we will replace your bag of coffee with another one of your choice, until you get a delicious cup of coffee that meets your expectations.

How It Works

1. Contact Us: If you are not satisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us at mtan@meebz.co.nz. We are here to help and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy our coffee.

2. Troubleshooting Questions: Before we honor the guarantee, we will ask you a set of questions to ensure the coffee is being brewed correctly. This will help us determine if there are any adjustments needed in your brewing process to achieve the best flavor. Think of this as a free training because making coffee can be quite complex.  The questions will cover:

   • How old the coffee beans are (the most common issue is that the coffee is too fresh, yes that's a thing).  We ideally like to age our coffee for at least a week before brewing for espresso.
   • The brewing device you are using
   • The settings on your brewing device, especially the grind size of the beans
   • The water temperature and brewing time
   • Any other relevant details about your brewing process

1. Adjustments and Tips: Based on your responses, we will provide tailored advice and tips to help you brew the perfect cup of coffee. This may include adjusting the grind size, modifying brewing times, or making other changes to your brewing method.

2. Replacement Bag: If after following our brewing tips you are still not satisfied, we will gladly replace your bag of coffee with another one of your choice.

3. Online: for online orders you will need to send the bag of coffee back to us so we can quality check it.  You are welcome to bring this into our Milford store or send it to us.
